By accessing and using Smart Techno US services (we, our, or us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide:

• AI Voice Bot - AI-powered voice assistant subscription ($9/month)
• VBS Pro Quiz System - Virtual buzzer system for quiz competitions ($10/month)
• 24-Hour Quiz Pass - One-time access pass ($5 for 24 hours)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Recurring Subscriptions: AI Chat Bot ($9/month) and Quiz Pro ($10/month) automatically renew each month unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

Pay-As-You-Go (AI Chat Bot): AI Chat Bot is available on a pay-as-you-go basis at $1 for every 100 messages.

One-Time Payments: The 24-Hour Quiz Pass is valid for exactly 24 hours from purchase time and is non-refundable.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

All one-time purchases (including 24-Hour Quiz Passes) are final and non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Transfer or share your account credentials with others
• Use our services to generate spam or malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Smart Techno US and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Smart Techno US be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Techno US and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
