The Challenge
What Went Wrong
- WiFi Overload: 287 devices trying to connect to a single access point caused packet loss. Solution: Deployed 3 mesh routers.
- Battery Life: 4 hours into the competition, 23 buzzers died. Solution: Switched to rechargeable Li-ion with 8-hour life.
- Question Pool: Auto Mode generated 180 questions, but 23 were duplicates. Solution: Added uniqueness check using embeddings.
The Results
